Finlay Lines starts 2024 on the front foot with Synergy Factory Team at PF International

Lines put on a great performance during his first event in the 2024 season as a Synergy Kart Team driver, as he took part in the 2024 Ice Breaker Cup at PF International.

The Synergy Driver set the fastest time in Qualifying on Saturday, against 33 other drivers in the event.

Taking the win in heat one and finishing in third place in heat two put the Maximum Motorsport driver 2nd in the Intermediate classification, which meant Lines would start on the front row for the Final.

Despite dropping back to fourth place at the start, the Synergy driver made his way forward and took the lead in the early stages of the Final.

A small mistake in the final laps of the race allowed Lines’ main competitor to close in and then take the lead on the penultimate lap.

Lines went on to finish in second place, just missing out on the win by nine-tenths of a second.

Having shown good promise on his debut for the team, Finlay is grateful for the support and hard work from his team bosses Rob Hanscomb, Mike Spencer and everyone at the Synergy Team.
